Malaysia – 7 May 2026 – Camfil Malaysia has held a groundbreaking ceremony for a new 14,400-square-metre site next to its existing Plant 1 and Plant 2 facilities. This is the company’s third land purchase at the location and marks another step in its expansion in Malaysia.
The event brought together Camfil Group management along with regional and local teams to mark the start of development.
Camfil has acquired Bioconservación (Bion), a Spain-based provider of air filtration solutions and adsorbents for industrial and commercial applications. The acquisition expands Camfil’s Molecular Contamination Control (MCC) capabilities and adds complementary expertise, technologies and customer relationships to support critical environments.
Camfil has acquired F.C.R., a leading Italian air filtration company. Effective January 1, 2026, the move expands Camfil’s presence in Italy, strengthens local manufacturing and service, and enhances solutions for cleaner, energy‑efficient air.

Servifiltro S.L brought more than 35 years of experience in the comfort and OEM air filter market as well as an area of over 10.000 m2 for production enabling optimum manufacturing, speedy logistics and room for large stock.
