New Agreement Expands Camfil's Supply in Spain
Since 1974, Spanish company Salvador Escoda has grown into a powerhouse of supply products for air conditioning, ventilation, heating, water, renewable energy, gas, electricity, refrigeration and isolation.
This year, Camfil and Salvador Escoda reached an agreement to provide quality Camfil products in their supply stores for the filter segment, air pollution control segment and industrial air cleaners. Salvador Escoda is the largest distribution company in Spain with a large portfolio from their suppliers and more than 70 selling points.
“Since Camfil acquired Servifiltro, we are able to provide good delivery times in Spain. It is clear that Camfil is the best brand in filtration systems,” Javier Torrón of Camfil Spain said. “Camfil’s range of products in filtration is the largest too. Camfil Spain will have the main distribution of air conditioning products in Spain with this agreement.”
The punctuality and the efficiency of the shipments from Salvador Escoda are guaranteed by three, big, logistic warehouses (approx. 10,000 m2 each) and their numerous selling points.
“We will have a much bigger presence in all of the Spanish area,” Torrón said. “We currently have some difficulties reaching some areas where there are fewer clients, but now all the clients from these areas will have Camfil there to help and service their equipment much easier.”
Salvador Escoda staffs more than 500 people with more than 25,000 customers and is recognized as the sole distribution for Spain with more than 55 international brands. In turn, Camfil will create an internal department to assist Salvador Escoda. In order for a customer to learn more about products and services, this department will create a direct connection to Camfil employees.
“Camfil will be in the back-end of every order and project,” Torrón said. “It’s important for our customers to know that after they place an order for filters to Salvador Escoda, Camfil guarantees to be present which means the highest quality present.”
