Camfil expands market leading position in the Nordics through acquisition of Resema AB & Resema A/S

Sweden, 02nd April 2020 - Camfil Svenska AB is proud to announce the acquisition of Resema AB and Resema A/S. Resema is a family-owned company, established in 1969 by Rune Sellö and has two production facilities in Sweden, in Tranås and Aneby, with sales offices in Stockholm and Malmö along with a sister company in Denmark.

"Camfil has a very strong brand and is family-owned just like us and share common values and focus on quality and sustainability. Therefore, we are a good fit in Camfil Group", says Magnus and Peter Sellö, owners of Resema.

Resema has around 65 employees and 100 million SEK in annual turnover. Resema has uniquely positioned its focus on development, production and strategic sales of optimal air filtration solutions. Thanks to high trust and filter performance Resema has built a strong market position in Sweden.
